Refreshing Summer Frozen Yoghurt Lollies

Refreshing Summer Frozen Yoghurt Lollies

So the weather finally seems to be heating back up again. Yesterday we had a delicious BBQ and the weather was as glorious as the food. One way that I love to cool down when things do heat up is to indulge in an ice cream.

As a kid I used to love making my own ice lollies using squash or fruit juice but this year I've slightly upgraded my lollies with frozen yoghurt and fruit. It's so simple, chop fruit, mix with yoghurt, spoon into mould, freeze and voila a perfect summer snack.

My favourite fro-yo combination so far is honey yoghurt with added strawberries but here are a few others combinations to try:

Cherry yoghurt with Lime
Natural Yoghurt with Raspberries & Blueberries
Coconut Yoghurt with Pineapple
Lemon Yoghurt with Raspberries

Let me know what you're favourite combinations are and if you've enjoyed them. For an even more refreshing taste you can always use coconut water instead of yoghurt too.

Make sure you're following me on Bloglovin', Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest to keep up to date with future posts, what I'm wishing for and what I'm up to. I also have a really easy recipe coming up for BBQ banana's which are delicious.
